Office 365

Ae galera, enquanto tem gente por ai pagando licença CAL de mais ou menos 70 $ (Client Access Licence do Exchange), existe uma opção um pouco mais em conta para ter caixa de e-mail corporativo, é o Office 365, e vou explicar um pouco sobre ele.

O Office 365  é um OWA (Outlook Web Acess), ou seja, é um serviço de e-mail hospedado na nuvem (com redundância, SLA e suporte voltado para o público corporativo), e pode ser obtido tendo apenas um domínio válido (em que se possa adicionar um MX,CName, TXT e SRV), e um cartão de crédito internacional.

Vamos lá, acesse:

Selecione a opção em que a sua empresa se encaixa (vou usar pequenas empresas):

 A primeira coisa que você vai precisar é personalizar o seu login para o seu domínio:

Após isso, você deverá cadastrar os usuários (contas de e-mail), isso pode ser feito depois:

Agora você deve criar os registros solicitados (Cname, MX, SRV e TXT)com os valores informados como na imagem:

Pronto, você já pode começar a usar os serviços do Office 365, para acessar:

 -Setup (você irá escolher o tipo de serviço ex. Lync etc. e pode customizar o seu plano também).

-Management ( gerenciar os usuários/grupos/domínios adicionados).

Uma outra parte interessante é como gerenciar os mailbox pelo Power Shell do Windows, porém esse é um assunto complexo e exigiria outro post (talvez mais tarde).

 Agora acesse uma das mailbox criadas e verifique que vai aparece a opção Outlook como na imagem:

Você pode acessar o seu e-mail por ai, ou pode configurar o Outlook, para isso você primeiro deve saber o servidor que suas contas foram hosteadas, algo como “pod51052.mailbox.outlook.com” ou “gruprd8000.mailbox.outlook.com.br” :

Outra configuração importante é o proxy, clique em “more settings”, e na aba connection clique no botão Exchange Proxy Settings:

Se as configuração estiverem corretas, basta apenas colocar o usuário e a senha no box que irá aparece e marcar “remember password” que você não terá mais problemas com configuração.

Obs. No Smartphone o servidor é o m.outlook.com.br.

Como vocês perceberam, o mailbox mais barato sai por 4 dólares, e grandes provedores estão cobrando quase R$ 30 por uma caixa simples, informação é tudo galera.
